We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colours, sizing, print placement, garment texture, and final product appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, production processes, garment batches, lighting, and print-on-demand manufacturing.

We reserve the right to limit the sale of our products to any person, region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, change product descriptions, or update product pricing at any time without notice.
Made-To-Order Production
GLORIVEX currently uses print-on-demand and fulfilment partners for our products.
This means most items are made specifically for the customer after an order is placed. Once your order enters production, changes, cancellations, refunds, returns, or exchanges are not guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for checking all order details carefully before completing checkout, including size, colour, quantity, shipping address, and contact information.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us immediately at:

If your order has not yet entered production, we may be able to cancel it and issue a refund.
If your order has already entered production, cancellation is not guaranteed. If cancellation is possible during production, production costs already incurred may be deducted from any refund amount.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders placed through our store.
You are responsible for ensuring that your name, email address, shipping address, billing information, product selection, size, colour, and quantity are correct before placing an order.

Because we use print-on-demand services, your order may be shipped from one of our fulfilment partners, including international facilities.
